What is equal: a first session is immediately therapy, after some administration we start working. This way you can immediately experience if the way of working suits you. Depending on the help request and chosen method, we plan the length and amount of appointments ahead.   <\/p><p>For <a href=\"https:\/\/rogerholmes.nl\/en\/istdp-therapy\/\">ISTDP<\/a>, assume an hour and a half once every two weeks, which is standard in most situations. If you come from far away, it is also possible to schedule block therapy (twice an hour and a half with a half hour break). Block therapy is also a good choice to start with. For <a href=\"https:\/\/rogerholmes.nl\/en\/boxing-therapy\/\">boxing therapy<\/a>, once a week or every two weeks for three quarters of an hour is usually appropriate and enjoyable.  <\/p><p>If communicated in advance, a partner or relevant other is welcome to join a session. Such leaders as psychoanalytic psychotherapist Alexandra Knowles and psychiatrist Dr. Robert Neborsky are my teachers. <\/p><p>Consultations and boxing therapy with me are not covered by basic insurance. However, it is possible to claim partial reimbursement from supplementary insurance*. <\/p><p>Based on the intake I can give you an idea of the expected number of sessions, and thus the costs. Above an income-related threshold, unreimbursed healthcare costs can be claimed as an income tax deduction, but this requires a referral and reporting to your doctor. So please let me know at the start of our contact if you would like to make use of this.
